AI Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Prohibited AI image content, user reporting, review, and enforcement on MyImage

Effective date: October 7, 2026 · Last updated: October 7, 2026 · Version: 1.0

1. Scope

This policy forms part of the Terms of Service for MyImage at myaiimagegenerator.com, operated by CHEN WEIWEI. It applies to prompts, uploaded reference images, generated or edited images, and content stored, published or shared through the service. It covers all available image models, including Nano Banana and GPT Image. Using another model does not exempt a request from this policy.

2. Content standards and prohibited categories

You must not request, generate, upload, publish or distribute any of these six categories through MyImage:

  1. Pornography / NSFW: Pornographic, sexually explicit or sexual exploitation content, including nonconsensual intimate imagery.
  2. Violence / gore: Images depicting violence, graphic injuries, bloodshed, mutilation, torture or abuse, or content encouraging, glorifying or threatening violence. Do not request such images under an artistic, fictional or educational pretext.
  3. Hate speech: Content attacking, dehumanizing, threatening or inciting discrimination or violence against people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation.
  4. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child exploitation: Any sexualized depiction of minors, sexual abuse or exploitation of children, or content facilitating such abuse. Fictional, synthetic and AI-generated depictions are also prohibited.
  5. Deepfakes / impersonation: Unauthorized deepfakes of real people, nonconsensual sexual depictions, or impersonation of people, brands or organizations for deception, fraud, defamation or harassment.
  6. Copyright / trademark infringement: Content reproducing or using protected works, logos or trademarks without permission or another lawful basis, or falsely implying an affiliation or endorsement.

Child sexual exploitation, terrorism or violent extremism, assistance with mass violence, instructions for weapons of mass destruction, incitement to genocide, and nonconsensual intimate deepfakes are zero-tolerance violations. We prioritize their review and take urgent protective action where necessary.

Fraud, phishing, privacy violations, malicious code, spam, and attempts to bypass model safeguards or service restrictions are also prohibited. Do not misrepresent AI output as authentic identity evidence, verified events or human-created material to deceive others. Provider safety rules also apply; provider acceptance does not establish that content complies with this policy.

3. User reporting

Anyone, including a visitor without an account, may report suspected violations, child safety risks, impersonation or infringement of their rights:

  • Email: Send a report to support@myaiimagegenerator.com with the subject “Content report”. This is our existing support channel for content reports and appeals.
  • Contact form: Use the Contact page and start the message with “Content report”. If the form is unavailable or the report needs attachments or more detail, use email.

Include the content URL or task identifier if available, the suspected category, a description of the issue, the time you saw it, and relevant evidence or rights information. Provide a reply email if you want a follow-up. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, unnecessary personal data, or download and resend suspected CSAM; report its location instead. Mark child safety, terrorism or immediate danger reports “Urgent”. If someone is in immediate danger, also contact the appropriate local emergency authority.

4. Report review and enforcement

We assess reports objectively, review the reported content and relevant service records, and may request clarification. Child safety, terrorism and imminent harm reports receive priority; access to suspect content or accounts may be restricted while the review is pending.

For confirmed violations, measures depend on severity and repetition: reject generation requests, require correction or deletion, remove content under our control, issue warnings, restrict features, suspend accounts or terminate access. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent termination. Where required by law, we preserve necessary evidence and report or cooperate with competent authorities.

When a reply address is provided, we communicate the outcome or request further information, subject to privacy, security and legal limits. Review time depends on severity and the evidence available; we do not promise a fixed resolution deadline. Report information is used for investigation and handling under our Privacy Policy. We protect the reporter's identity and disclose it only as necessary for handling the report or as required by law. Knowingly false or malicious reports may lead to restrictions; a good-faith report is not a violation merely because it is unsubstantiated.

5. Appeals and updates

To dispute an action, email support@myaiimagegenerator.com with the subject “Content appeal”, the content or task identifier, the decision you received and your reasons or supporting evidence. We review the decision and notify you of the outcome where lawful; submitting an appeal does not automatically restore access.

The current policy is available at this URL and through the site footer. Material updates identify their effective date and follow the notice arrangements in the Terms of Service.
